All I wanted to do was to bake a cake that does not sink or erupt like a volcano. So I enrolled myself at Complete Deelite in Hong Kong for a basic cake making class. It spiralled to Wilton courses and from there I was terribly hooked.
My passion for cake decorating was burning so hot that I got the blessings of my family and went to Wilton School of Cake Decorating in US to complete a Master Course in 2007. During my time at the Wilton School, I was also trained in Creative Confectionery, Gum Paste and Fondant.
After I came home, I realised that not only do I want to make beautiful cakes, but I also want to impart my love and passion to others who are keen to learn as well. In October 2007, I completed my WMI Course(Wilton Method Instructor) at the International Centre of Cake Artistry, Kuala Lumpur and am now a certified instructor.
I conduct private decorating classes at home at Upp Bukit Timah.
